Saturday was the day of preparation for u-19 boys match and boys went through some tackling, rucking, pick and go drills where focus was clearing the immediate threats, support play, placing of the balls, taking the ball to next phase and clarity in communication. Boys did improve as training went on and they finished well. They started with some serious fitness regime. Senior boys also started with fitness and then went for some ball handling drills which had a progression. They finished with some contact games.
Girls started the day with some agility workout went up for hands and did some moves. After that they played a team game in which they did some moves. Girls wrapped up the day with some good team unity.
