Boys started the day with fitness and they played touch game with some different rules , the main focus was on deep running and offload passing. After that they did some drills for passing with deep run. After that played a touch match and then did some attacking and defence drills. 
Girls began the day with agility drills and shuttle run. Then teams were made and they played a touch match with the boys. The main focus in the game was offload passing and on attacking.
